Coloris R9 is one of the most versatile special stamp inks available. It is designed for smooth and poorly absorbent surfaces, where ordinary office ink would smear or never dry, and it works both for hand stamping and in automatic marking systems. The solvent-based ink is weather-resistant and lightfast, and it is partially pigmented, which gives good opacity in some colours. It gives clear, durable impressions on glossy papers and brochures, metal and plastic films, coated panels and sheets, painted or treated wood, aluminium, and many plastics and rubbers. Drying time on metal is approximately 7–9 minutes. For dark surfaces, the pigmented version R9 P gives better coverage. As with all special inks, test it on your own material first, since material grades can vary.
